Continuing Education Framework emerges from CPS Summit

Thank you for sharing your voice!

The 2017 Community Voice Gatherings and Summit on the topic of Continuing Education for Certified Peer Specialists (CPSs) attracted people involved in peer support from across the state.

Framework for Contining Education Requirements (PDF) reflects the emerging consensus about how best to strengthen and support the ongoing work of CPSs in Massachusetts.

Brenda Vezina Keynote speaker @ Alternatives

Alternatives 2017, a national peer-run conference, announces Brenda Vezina, Director of the Central MA Recovery Learning Community, as a keynote speaker.  Link to keynotes

On August 18, Friday, Brenda will speak about Creating Trauma-Informed Healing Communities, an initiative recognized by SAMHSA.
