I hope you are safe and being cautious during this time. To follow the Governor’s order of social distancing, we have decided to conduct all upcoming CPS interviews over the phone.

The Certified Peer Specialist Team will call  the individual at their scheduled time of interview to conduct an over the phone interview.

If you have already scheduled your interview and have not filled out your application online or uploaded references here are your options to  submit the application and or letters of recommendations.

1- Upload through VCITA Platform

2- email the documents to

3- Fax to 508-751-9601 with a cover sheet

4- Mail to    Kiva-CPS     206 Southbridge MA 01501

If none of these options work for you please call 617-807-0222

Transformation Center Moving

Dear The Transformation Center, Inc. / Kiva Centers Friends, Funders and all Stakeholders,

We are pleased to announce the relocation of The Transformation Center’s Roxbury Administration Office, as of March 1, 2020, (previously located at 98 Magazine St. Roxbury).

The new formal Administrative Office’s mailing address is:

We are looking forward to our continued work together. We are currently working to transfer our phone number to our new location. However, if you have any trouble reaching up during this exciting transition please don’t hesitate to call us at our Worcester location at (508) 751-9600 and someone will help you to the best of their ability.

We will continue to update you and post new information on our new website, which is set to launch in March.

CPS Training Update

To all who are  attending the Beverly CPS Training.  Please take extra caution to arrive safely at the first day of class.  Class will begin at 9:00 a.m. on December 2, 2019.  If you have any questions please call us at 617-807-0222

Holiday Hours

We will close today Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 2pm.

We will be closed for Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 28.

We will be closed Friday, Nov. 29.

We will reopen Monday, December 2.

Change Anything: Peer Support Meeting

Holyoke Recovery Out Loud

Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019, 11am-2pm

The purpose of Recovery Out Loud is to bring ideas and the experience of mental health peer support to  those from many backgrounds.  We share the richness of our lived experiences, learn with and from each other, and connect with one another through peer support.  Lunch will be provided by the Springfield Recovery Center.
